Log in to your account and you will be taken directly to your order history page where you can check the status of any of your orders. If you’re already logged in, click on “Account” in the top right corner of the page. If you don’t have an account, refer to your order confirmation in your email inbox.
Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to it. You can request to cancel your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org; however, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can process the return through our return portal once the order has been received.

Ooo, lucky you! To use your promo code, just enter the code into the discount code box and click apply.
If you're running into issues with a promo code, we recommend checking out a couple of things first:
- Look into the terms of the promo code
- If the code has a minimum order value, be sure that your order amount is the same value or higher
- Product type (some promo codes only apply to select products)
- Expiration date
